One Project per Party to streamline instruction. Choices include 12x12 sign, 18" plank or 12" round with choice of designs. Please choose project at check out so we can send design choices ASAP.
As the hostess, YOU are responsible for inviting guests and returning final list of designs/counts one week prior to party. Balance can be paid by invoice one week prior with final count.
If you cancel or reschedule your party for ANY reason your deposit will be forfeited.
Kids Birthday Parties are held at our studio downtown Valdosta 110 W Hill Ave or mobile at your location of choice if our schedule allows. We give you up to 2 hours of creativity on the date and time you have secured. ONLY those who are on design/count list will have supplies and a design to craft with so please be sure everyone is included in designs/count list!
Once designs/counts are submitted NO CHANGES can be made. Please make sure everyone understands this. Once your deposit has been paid, our workshop coordinator will contact you to go over project choices.
Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. Due to the customizations of ALL of our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS OR PRIVATE PARTIES! However, if you cancel with at least 48-hours notice your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for future workshops, kits or parties. Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT get a credit for a future workshop. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to cancel. If you do not show up for a workshop or party that you have a spot reserved for, you forfeit your payment.
